Custom Security Service’ K9 Unit was formed in October 2005 and has been providing specialist K9 security services to a wide range of clients in Canberra and across NSW .
During this time, our specialised services and expertise have been utilised by Government and private organisations throughout the ACT and NSW. Our dogs have also been sold to the Victorian Police and NSW Corrective services. Our dog teams have been involved in the protection of a wide range of assets and major events. CSS’s K9 unit has also been involved in training exercises with ex military and police dog trainers.
CSS’s K9 unit has been responsible for providing specialised K9 security teams for some of Canberra’s largest construction projects. In addition to these undertakings, K9 Security Section Ltd provides regular services and resources to local Councils, the construction and retail industries, as well as some of England’s largest security companies such as : Group 4 Securicor , Wagtail UK ,

Custom Security’s offers a shared mobile patrol service that provides multiple clients located in the same geographical area with a cost effective way of increasing their security presence as well as the ability to respond if required. This service works on the basis of equitable cost sharing as the security K9 unit patrols multiple businesses within a confined area.
