Alarm Responses

Part of our service at Custom Security is the prompt response to active alarms by our licensed Security Officers’. Our licensed Security Officers work closely with our Central Monitoring Station and local police should assistance be required. CSS Security Officers adhere to a strict procedure when answering alarm response calls including a full inspection of the property in question and its perimeters, detailed documentation of any breaches found all in conjunction with close communication with the client.
CSS operates a private UHF radio system between our Central Monitoring Station, our patrol cars and officers and all static guard sites. All of our vehicles are sign written, late model cars fitted with Mobile phones and satellite tracking with two way communication capabilities enabling 24hr real time monitoring and supervision by our Central Monitoring Station.
